If you had a choice between 4 blue-chip companies(inside numbers) and 2 startups ( 4&10) you would invest in the blue-chips. If 2 of those blue-chips were performing better than the other 2 you would invest more money in them rather than the other 2. Performance based investments ( biased Pressing)
