Why Beginners Lose at Craps: Not knowing Dice Probability

Craps Tips Video Source:

In this video, I share with you the reasoning and logic to WHY Beginners lose at the game of Craps. In my beginning years when I started playing the game of Craps, I went home a loser because I didn’t have enough knowledge of the game. I was not armed with the knowledge of dice probabilities and stuck to my basic craps betting strategies expecting to win big.

Also if you make it to the end of the video, I will be sharing a special announcement.

  1. Best bet…find a 10x table….min bet on pass, max on odds, one come bet, max odds….agree or disagree?

  2. around 5:10 you say the Probability of a Seven coming out on the Come Out roll is…16%..but You have to figure in the Thrower (no?)..if i see a casual thrower randomly throwing ..then I believe a 7 on the come out roll is even higher due to the multiple rolls of dice. If he is a careful and obviously "learned" thrower…then that 7 is even lower of a chance due to the Decrease in dice movement. Thoughts?

  3. Amazing video! Brand-new to the game.. Do you have a video that teaches you the quick math or how to figure out as you press to keep track of what your making? Yes! The short game is how to do it..

  4. My first time at a table, started with 60$ and I walked away with 800$. I spent 2 weeks watching videos on how to play before going and it paid off that night lol.

  5. A 100% chance of a 7 showing in the sixth roll , as you’ve indicated, is a mathematical certainty, no? So that can’t be correct. The 7 doesn’t always show on the 6th roll, nor the 7th, 8th or 9th roll. In fact, sometimes it shows in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th roll……and that’s craps. Strategy, although it plays a role, has less to do with determining the difference between losing and winning. Timing combined with luck, big money bets and a short game will be a bigger factor in the win/loss result. No matter what strategy you employ, the longer you stay at the table the more you will lose.

  6. Beginners and so called pros lose everyday playing this game! Everybody falls under the law of probability..

  7. Everybody loses on the crap table. Every roll is random. Over time we are all dead. Your logic is totally flawed and fuzzy. Nice guy but you are wrong. Stick to chickens. The sixth roll was an 8. you bogus this out.Let's make the sixth row a seven…that was a lie.Come on be fair.

  8. Don’t worry once you roll past 6 rolls the probably is reset back to 16% 😂

  9. Before applying the law of averages, one must have a significant number of samples. 6 does not cut it! Furthermore, there is no such thing as 100% probability. 100% is no longer a probability it is a certitude. In your statement, you claim that the 6th throw yield 100%. If true no one would go further than 6 throws! Throwing dice is purely random and the previous result has no bearing on the future outcome. This makes no sense!

  10. GREAT Video, understanding law of probability/law of averages are for skilled players and gamblers, its talent vs science, you can WIN, lose, and have FUN with both when you know when to apply the proper technique.
