@Gambling Chi always love your Baccarat video. @8:41, P771, B13, Banker action: Stand The rule says if the Banker's first two cards total is 4, it draws against Player's third card from 2 to 7, and Stand on 0, 1, 8, and 9. In this case, it Stands against Player's third card 1.
