A cold call vs 3 bet is highly likely to be somewhat premium like JJ, TT, sometimes QQ or 88-77 and AQs AJs. However GTO cold calling is not a thing. A standard SB 3bet range vs BTN is crushed on this board, against that cold call range. I think the best play is to check, call the flop and perhaps check, raise the turn with the draw sometimes. Interesting spot.
