1. Worked in the business for 23 years, we would tell these control shooters twice to bounce them off the back wall, third time we dumped the bowl and found another shooter. One time we actually permanently 86'd a whole table, some guy in the area was having classes and teaching the local bums this nonsense, I'll tell you this, don't waste your money on this BS, the casinos own the tables and they can (and do) pick who they allow to shoot their dice, or play there. It may be a public place, but it's privately owned.
