You guys pay very close attention. The video went too fast even for the experience players. I only saw it after you guys mentioned it. If it was slower with less errors, this would have been one of the best tutorials I've seen.
Not just that casino. I've been to many casinos where they make so many mistakes. Once in a while I can accept. One casino that I go to makes at least on mistake a day. Around 4 on average every day.

forgive me, you misunderstand. by "stupid simple", i don't mean that the game is stupid. i just mean that the rules are simple to learn. it's just a personal idiom i use, i don't mean that the game is dumb. actually looks really fun.

Basically, "stupid simple" is "super super super simple." … The reason why I say it's not simple to call because I knew people who played for a couple of years and still don't know the rules for drawing cards. They simply trust the dealer. I did the same for about 3 months. Once I look into it, it was very simple to learn and simple to remember.
Knowing the rule for drawing cards is very important as dealers make so many mistakes. A guy would have loss $2000 ($4K including winnings) if I wasn't there. BANKER 6pts, player draws 3rd card of 6 to make 7pts. Dealer was about to take the money until I stopped her. BANKER later draws a 2 to make 8pts. BANKER wins!
