Your Baccarat Card Counting System Sucks

Learn Baccarat Video Source & Info:

Card counting baccarat is futile. It sucks. Don’t try it and don’t do it. You will not beat baccarat by card counting.

I recently received an email claiming otherwise and decided the topic was worth another video.

In this video I talk about the concept of “effect of removal” then demonstrate a spreadsheet you can can use to prove it to yourself.

I also cover this topic extensively in my book, Advanced Advantage Play. It’s “free” on Amazon (“free” meaning I am selling it at the minimum price Amazon will permit)!

  1. Professor! I bought a copy of AAP on Amazon. I wanted to buy a few copies for my nephews who will soon be of legal gambling age but you've limited the number of copies an individual can purchase on Amazon. Was this intentional on your part?

  2. Big thank you for help gamblers. Can you sent the book by email. Thank you because i am living in viet nam. The cost i will pay for it. Thank aap

  3. In summary, you can beat baccarat in theory but it is not worth trying at all. Almost all online baccarat they have only pairs, big, small on the side bets. Maybe Dr. Jacobson thinks big and small side bets can not beat baccarat at all so those side bets are not even in the edge calculator tool. I used this tool on live baccarat and I have never seen a positive player/banker/side housing edge except natural 8, but again, online baccarat does not have natural 8 side bet.

  4. Note well that if you read the rules on online Baccarat regarding side bets, it will state: ' To minimise the risk of game abuse or cheating, the side bets may be disabled from time to time'. This tells you that A. card counting on certain side bets does give you an advantage. And B. They are aware of this and if they (or the algorithm)
spot it they will act accordingly.
