I watched this twice and now I understand. They DO indeed say long streaks of Player OR Banker are rare. But I heard they are more common in hand shuffled shoes. My take on it is just be in the position to hop on and take them ALL THE WAY to the end if the shoe gives that to you. But yes you described it very well here.
