Cigar Reviews review http://cigarobsession.com Baccarat Petit Corona

This 5.5×42 natural stick offers a dry, satin wrapper with a light pack and a spongy feel with a few soft spots. Burn was very good all the way down, holding 1″ ash chunks and giving lots of good smoke volume. Flavors were never harsh, giving a mild-medium body of a sweet leather and pepper core, with a fairly long finish adding a slight pepper zing over the tongue. This is a quick smoke, ending at 40 min to the nub where it got pretty hot in temp and I ended it while the flavors stayed on the smooth side. Draw was just about perfect, just on the loose side giving very easy resistance. The only flavor transition was from an extremely sweet first inch to a mild sweetness the rest of the way down due to the sweetened tip. Photography by BG Pictures. 1. Hey Bryan. I expect you would prefer the Baccarat Madura. The natural is pretty bland. They are all fast burners but long filler. The Madura is less sweet, smooth, woodsy, leathery and chocolate. The price/quality can't be beat. Plus the Madurese are usually cheaper than the natural!

  2. Just smoked this while watching. Great cheap stick.
I’ve been smoking for years, trying to really develop my palette as of late. I truly believe this stick represents my true palette.
Big fan by the way. Great job always. Keep doing what you’re doing.

  3. Good review as usual, Brian. Hit the nail right on the head. As far as your house, you need to put some insulation in your walls. That will trap the heat or the cool in the house if you haven't done so already. Stay warm. LOL

  4. I'm smoking this in the toro as I watch and I don't taste sugar on the tip either… I'm not an aficionado, but I'm liking this cigar as well… It really does have a sweet aftertaste, but I don't taste all the flavors in a cigar he does, just a mild sweet tobacco.
I would like to try the other sweet cigar he mentioned, the Rodriguez y Menendez ? I can't find it on line, probably spelling issue. If anyone knows about the cigar he's talking about, could you tell me so I could try it.. Thanks.
Also.. I think I got dicked on the price, mine was over $6, I don't believe there's a $4 difference between the petite corona and the toro, but I live in Michigan, not Florida, It's likely the state government that bent me over, not the shop…. oh… just noticed this review is 9 years old, could have something to do with the price… duh

  5. 2:28 – Honestly… that is a perfect burn for a cigar. A perfect burn doesn't mean it has to be absolutely, scientifically razor straight and perfectly even, rotated and measured against a ruler and a spirit level. If a cigar burns like that, it's a perfect burn.

  6. Probably my all time favorite cigar, besides the Royal Jamacian. Baccarat cigars have always had a great draw, good even burn and enjoyable flavor
