I recently blind bought Patiala by Thameen and was surprised to find that it smells so much like baccarat! I have since come across a reviewer who described it as a more ‘feminine’ version of BR540.

I ´ m the part of the World´ s population, who adores Baccarat Rouge. I get a ton of compliments, when I wear it.

I absolutely hate it… Which was so bizarre because based on the reviews I was expecting some kind of warm heavenly nectar. I get the whole “dentist’s office” reference but to me the first thing that popped into my head was “airplane smell”. Like, maybe the interior of a new private jet? That someone had sprayed with sweet air freshener? Expensive smelling – yes. But oddly cold and artificial too.

It is most definitely beast mode. Over spraying can smell like something’s burning. Lol. It’s just something about it that makes me want to keep inhaling it. Such a complex scent.

Great review🤗 but I think the sample you got is for the Extrait ( Red Bottle ) not the Original ( Clear Bottle ) 🤔
If I am not mistaken, the Original is the one of which the center of the Hype.

This fragrance makes me have a headache , I don't understand the hype either.

what is the one you said is similar and you held the bottle at the end?

It is nice to hear an opposing point of view most reviews say how wonderful it is. Years ago I tried Fahrenheit and I originally liked it. But after a few wearings it gave me severe headaches so I don't wear it or buy it anymore. I avoid it of possible. So I know how you feel.
