F4: this key is found on the ground inside Orchid Palace Mahjong.

Now that I reached this point I can say that I made the right choice when I reloaded my older save file to get back the cheat items I had used while in story mode. Apparently some players state that betting on a tie doesn't count for Haruka, therefore the only option left is winning 5 times in a row, 3 of which have to be done without the items. Winning twice in a row is already a predicament but thrice in a row is too much for my poor luck. Can't imagine getting 5 wins without the items lol.
EDIT: got 3 wins in a row by betting thrice on banker and then used the 2 items. Finally got this bad done xD
Ive been doing this for hours on hours. When i finally finally reach 3 straight and then i use the two cheat chips, that still wasnt enough and i sure as hell wasnt gonna risk another round. Yet i still cant loveing get this lil greedy girl to loveing accept this.
