What about splitting pairs?

You'll never see a 3:2 version of one of these – those casinos have to pay for all that fancy tech somehow, and they already mostly do low-stakes at 6:5 with cheaper 'regular' tables. In fact, if they can get away with making them pay even money on blackjack then that's what a lot of places will end up doing.
