Hi there! JV read the newer edition Blackjack Bluebook II book and the author states that the dealer has the most advantage on the first hand of every shoe. This is why you never see JV place a high limit on the first hand…some viewers disagree with this theory. We tracked and stated the stats in this session for the 1st hand of every shoe, just for fun, JV also had a slightly winning session…we would love to know your take on this theory. The dealer winning more often on the first hand is all "Gamblers Fallacy". The cards have no memory of what was played more offten.

Because they cut the Cards to their advantage maybe? I’m sick of getting 20 and then the Dealer gets 21 by getting 4 or 5 cards. And they aren’t even trying to get a 21! That burns me every time! I give up on BlackJack! The game is rigged against the Player too much!
If you look at an eight hour period at a table, the dealer always has that small advantage if everyone is a basic strategy player or you are playing alone.

I notice every time the lady adds another hand you get recked. She keeps messing up the flow
Isn't this referred to as the "cut card effect." I don't understand how or why but my understanding is the cut card actually benefits the casino
Well, the true count is 0 at the start of a new shoe, so I would think the probabilities for 1st hand would revert to basic strategy, ~ -0.5%…so yes in dealers favor.
