@smokenfly514 – No, you don't. A "toke" is simply a courtesy. Some say it will encourage dealers to offer playing tips or deal deeper into the shoe. Others say it's just being nice if you've been dealt well.
You should tip your dealer. They perform a service just like a server, bartender, or waitress. They all make less than minimum wage and depend on tips to survive. If the dealer is friendly and helpful, give something back if you win.
