  1. Hitting on twelve to try and catch a dealer showing nine is ridiculous. Here the player is looking to at least push so they need a 7,8, or 9 that's only a 23% possibility with odds going down the more cards you get. The dealer has a 62% chance of flipping a card they have to hit on (8 or lower) and can still bust out. Hitting on twelve period is already giving yourself a 31% chance of exiting the hand only to be left with a small hope of hitting the exact card you need. When dealer shows 9 play for a bust and hopefully you didn't go big that hand

  2. As you stated in your video. "You have to believe the dealer has 19." Then you hit on a 16 and get to 18, then stand.. So how does that rational add up? Personally I would stay at 16 with a 9 showing. Especially if I'm playing at a full table with most players showing higher hands than me.

  3. I've stood on a 16, and then let the dealer bust. 🤷‍♂️ It depends on what they're showing. I like to be the last player in line, right before the dealer. I watch what cards the other players get, and either stay, or take a card, based on the probability of which cards I seen the other players get. That also plays and important factor for me.

  4. So if the dealer has 19, like you're assuming, why wouldn't you hit on your 18? I mean, you're still gonna lose, right?

I'm being silly, of course you don't hit a 17+, only in a few rare times in Spanish 21. But how is 17 that much better than 16?

  5. Yes hit player 16 against dealer high card, except when you have 3 or more cards. Ideally a surrender is the least minus eV option. You need a low card and some of them are already in your hand.

  6. The probability of drawing ALL those low cards without a 10 is so insanely low the deck was preset for this obviously
