Craps Players – Stop it In this video we discuss a play that craps players do, but should stop. When playing the dark side in craps sometimes call “no action” or remove there bets once a point is established they do not like. While the casino allows the removal of a don’t bet, you should never do this. I explain why this is a bad idea, and I give an alternate solution that is much better.

  1. when i play the dark side (DP DC /w odds), i just ask for no action on 6 and 8 on the DC bets, so essentially the same thing. but a good tip on hedging a 6/8 for the DP bet

  2. You can overcome that powerful 7 on the come out roll by playing and equal amount on the Pass line AND the Don't pass line.

  3. In Vegas as I send this. Up $700. Was lucky on a few gut feeling with horn bets. I’ll try this tonight … The Mirage btw.. 🦍 together 💪

  4. This is terrible advice. If you place $24 on the 6 or 8 when you haves $25 don’t pass/come bet up, you’re guaranteed a $1-5 profit but are giving up your expected return edge of $25 x (6/11) = $13.64. That’s just bad advice. You’ll make more in the long run if you don’t hedge here. You’re literally giving your don’t edge after the come out roll back to the house. Sure its better than taking your bets down, but the real advice should be to leave these bets up.

  5. It seems to me a place bet of $25 on the established point is the best hedge for a $25 dont pass bet – I either break even or make a few bucks depending on if I get past the come out role – right?

  6. Seems like you would always place the 5 and 9 if they are your don'ts.
You don't lose and you have potential to win a few bucks.
