  1. going through come with odds is better than place bets…but placing a 6 or 8 is okay now and then. but a player, in my opinion. must and should take full advantage of odds.

  2. I noticed you said come bet is taken off the number when it is hit. My experience has been that when the number is hit with a come bet and odds bet in place that it is not pulled off the number. Did my bet stay but is now a place bet with odds? I am confused on this part..

  3. Don't like playing the Come bets because I play the short game and the come bet is a contract bet. You can't reduce it or pull it down.

  4. I like it, but would have a pass line bet just to be part of the crowd on longer streaks

  5. Usually I will play come/don't come, then just play odds. The come/don't or the pass/don't pass will eliminate themselves out except for the odd 12 where I will lose the table min, but then everything else is at true odds. Also min odds can be different than min bet at some casinos. My local casino had a 10$ min bet, but 5$ was min odds. Since my come/don't come count as 20$ bet, I can put my 5$ odds on that, and pretend it is a 5$ table again pretty much. So it is something to ask for those high min bet tables. If you have a 15$ min bet table, but it is still 5$ min odds then you can play it this way like a 5$ table. They don't advertise the min odds amount, but if you ask they will let you know, only thing is make sure to put a min of 6$ on the 5/9 due to 3/2 payout. Basically this way on a long roll continuously playing come/don't come and pass/don't pass and putting min bets the most you are at risk is 32$ accross, and will get true odds on any wins. For low stakes, this is a nice strat, and you can press up from there if you like, knowing your getting true odds. The house edge here is the odd 12 that will come along and take your come/pass bet every 1/36 rolls. Otherwise you are playing at true odds with little money.
