Have to say I thought you were going to scare me with a full on Aggressive press. Surprisingly you did what I feel is the correct way to press – moderation!
The super conservative player is not making enough money and will lose in the long run.
If you go on the other side of the spectrum and see a full press, or even worse, a hyper aggressive press, the shooter has to much working on the table and keeps putting money to the table and very little to their bankroll. When big red shows. That player always says I was just about to take it down. Lying to themselves, and everyone that can hear them.
The casinos love both of those extreme players.
Those who learn to play with a balanced approach, win more consistently. The amount is not a big kill, but winning in moderation with the half press – “Snowball Press Effect” will make you a long term winner.
I don’t think this was aggressive.
The player can be over aggressive and most players fall into one side – too conservative or the other side – too aggressive.
