wow great videos guys. Im really enjoying the content. Getting a dealers perspective is cool. I think the reason most people don't tip is as silly as it sounds the'yre intimidated to. Since they probably are not really sure how to do it. Secondly they don't realize your min. wage. I for one did not, going forward will definitely make some changes in how I tip dealers

What’s the MOST TIPS you ever got & whats the least? Should ALWAYS Tip the Dealer! Makes a player feel so good, even when losing, when Dealer WANTS YOU to #Play4Them.
The problem that I have with this video is everybody does not have the same personality whether you are a casino dealer or not. The fact is you can't make everybody happy and if you could the world would not be perfect. I agree that being friendly with a customer is good for business but people are different a s what one person says is not friendly, the next person may not have any problem with that person's personality. Also anytime you deal with the public you will always find people that dont like you and people that do like you, but in the end a person should never care if they are liked or not. My advice to anybody would be to just be yourself
