  3. I can’t see how anyone thinks this is a good idea.
    I can’t see how you could make money. Even a field pressing action will not make money.

  4. As a dealer, is there a threshold where you stop trying to help a player? Perhaps you try to help them and they ignore you or perhaps you realize that there is no helping them? Is there a limit to how much a dealer can help?
