  1. This is just way overanalyzed by the Hero in the hand. Its a 1 SPR pot, and you got pocket aces, so just bet and get the money in man. If he have pocket kings and sucked out on you, whatever, good for him. And its not a shock to see AK here, because there are twice as many combos of it as AK-

And would he not also be somewhat more likely to 5-bet jam KK preflop than AK? I think so, so I would even discount KK somewhat. You just have to hope, he has a K here, and go for the homerun against that specific hand. There is no point in trying to get cute and fancy and extract minimal amounts of value from QQ or JJ. If he have those hands, he is not going to stack off in a 4-bet pot, when a K hit the board, and there is nothing, you can do about it.

  2. Bart thankyou for what you are teaching. its helping me alot and i appreciate all you are doing god bless you and your family. and much success

  3. Hero has SPR 1 with an over pair. Why are we not committed to stacking off with an over pair on a dry board? If the 3 combos of KK have me crushed so be it that's poker. I wait too long to get action with AA I am going to try to maximize EV.

  4. Problem is, this is super unbalanced compared to how you might play bluffs. Your suited wheel aces, your AQo. You would never take this line with those hands. Betting the turn jamming the river is far superior from a balance perspective as well.

  5. If I'm him I am betting with KK here checking back AK, he cant really hope for a better spot, u cant fold to any bet with AA because he could have a king or queens. So I would bet KK in his spot, try to commit aces to the pot asap.

  6. If his range of calling 4bets in position is with QQ+ and AKo

    Your winning/tying against:
    13 Combos

    Your losing against:
    3 Combos

Your winning 81 % of the time and losing 19% of the time
Essentially 4 out of 5 times you are ahead and 1 out of 5 times you are behind.

  7. I was thinking about what if we just cbet jam the flop. I don't really see how his AK folds but yeah then we also probably get Queens to fold whereas this check flop check turn line maybe milks extra money out of QQ or JJ
