  1. Has anyone found an ethical way to grow the game of poker without directly endorsing gambling?

  2. Three betting with KQ from an UTG raiser? I don't get it. If a guy in the straddle does it, or in late position sure. But UTG, I'm most raising Jacks or better pairs, AQ or better, maybe 9s and 10s and AJ, and then occasionally some kind of suited connector, but over 50% of the time I'll be beating KQ, and I think in most games it's like this. If it's a tough 2/5 game or a very loose one, maybe you'd 3 bet him, but I can't imagine this being standard. How often do you win a big pot with KQ? Not very often.

  3. 1/3 seems pretty small to me on the flop..don't you want some fold equity with a hand like that, esp. vs. two opponents..?
