  1. I really enjoy poker as a hobby, but wouldn't want that to be my job. I know people who do this for a living. It is a very demanding job.

  2. Hi, thank you for your positive comments. I plan to make more videos eventually. I just had other things on my tod do list 🙂 I've been playing poker for about 6 years. I don't claim to be the ultimate poker player, but I have had success playing poker online. A lot of things I learned trough experimentation, and "the hard way". I created the MyPokerCorner website to share some of that knowledge. I occasionally play cash games in Casino's but most of my playing is online. It's more convenient.

  3. excellent video, very concise and informative. Best explaination of pot odds ive seen avalaible online

  4. Quick question. Is it technically mathematically correct to call an all in if your chances of winning are only 51%.

  5. Good question. Mathematically, 51% means the odds are in your favor. However, what really drives your decision is braoder than math. The blind levels in relation to your chip stack is one factor. Your chip stack in relations to others is another. For instance, if you are playing a SNG and you are the second biggest stack, you will not call the big stack for an all in bet with 51% chance. It's not worth the risk considering you're ahead of everyone else. Fold and live to fight another day.
