If you 3 or 4bet AA hands like JJ and QQ are never folding and probably coming over top. You flat and a K or A hits the board you missed value because they are probably done with the hand.

Do you consider folded cards when counting your outs? I feel like this has huge impact especially with 9 players and you are left heads up on the flop.After all you have 14 folded cards already.
