It works only on auto roulette where specific numbers does not get hit for a century, others are hit 15 times in 100 spins. On immersive roulette it fcked me many times not even 10 times in a row. Somehow knows your uncovered nmbers and lands there.
I think best system is to cover individual numbers with multiple chips with different amount and leave just 5 numbers uncovered or with no profit, just minimum lost and pray by the time it hits your low covered or no covered numbers, it will land few times on your jackpot numbers.
