  2. Can you find out what the excuse is for them to not t be shuffling the deck. After the hand is completed, they put the deck back together exactly the way it came out, then they cut the deck , spin the top and put it back on, then put it in the machine that supposedly is shuffling the cards. I am not a fan of any Hse vs Players Game where Players are not allowed to cut the deck. You should not be either.
