@cobain93 a blind is use to ensure that there is always money in the pot to be won. At the start of the game of poker a minimum and maximim bet will be established. The small blind will usually be half the minimum bet and the big blind will be equal to the minimum bet. This is used to make sure their is money in the pot. Hope this helped 🙂

And what does it mean that one has one chip and another has two chips? There is no explanation in this.
