It's not right to say it only affects the big bettors as it affects everyone. I've had accounts limited within a couple of days and I don't count myself as a big bettor and rarely have a bet bigger than £50-£100. The most important element is what happens to the odds you're betting at. If the odds shorten every time after you've bet you'll get limited in no time at all.
I agree with what you said but with one exception. 1xbet confiscated 750 euro from my account and also closed it. I can currently just log in and nothing else.
