Flop size is a big leak imo, you should just bet more, especially in these loose games. Pot size will get bigger on subsequent streets

You should bet sometimes with the worst hand. It's called bluffing. Use a hand with no showdown value. If he has 56cc it does not matter if you have AA or KJ, you lose the same amount. if you check back your AA wins way more often than checking back your KJ… take your medium hands out of your betting range and replace them with bad ones.
