Could villain never have AQ with A diamonds here?
I woulda thought a competent young TAG villain at $2/5 would, by the river, deduce that hero just cant have Ad cos he knows hero almost always or prolly always raises turn AI with any hand containing Ad whether it's a made flush (for protection) or one diamond nut draw with pair (AdQx, AdJx, AdTx etc) cos most $2/5 regs would not want to be left with those hands on blank riv facing a bet giving close to 3/1 on a call esp when there are bluffs in villains range. I feel it could also be contended that Kd,xx hands can be discounted for various reasons, no? Seems his flop CR is very aggro but not terrible. Maybe correct vs competent but typical ABC Vegas $2/5 reg cos if they play like $1/2 regs most hate to get AI without close to the nuts or nut draw with fold equity and/or pot odds, right? Villain prolly (rightly IMO) felt he could be certain to get villain off almost his whole range by riv by repping AK unless the board pairs and hero might even lay down a somewhat unlikely set by the riv on blank turn and riv. In addition heros range includes many non diamond hands he just can't or won't man up with on that riv (9x9x, KxQx, etc)? Villain should be good enough to know that,right? After committing to AI on flop, conditional to board pairing, I don't understand how or why he can/should reevaluate on riv? As a first time $1/2 Vegas player this year am I giving these $2/5 guys too much credit for basic thought processes or have I missed something? PS: This vid has cheered me up no end as it has given me the idea that crushing $2/5 in Vegas next year is gunna be way way less of a challenge than I thought unless of course I missed sthg? Keep the good content coming, thanks for the insight and look forward to mixing it up with you at $2/5 in Vegas soon.

Vilain’s is basically repping AKdd. Any other hand wouldn’t make any sense, so I’m literally never folding the river, especially for this price. Really surprised folding was the verdict, I think it s quite terrible.
