I seen better documentary on this, so I skipped it. Great story though. I'm a blackjack dealer lol. I hate card counters unless you are only allowed to play 1-2 chips otherwise Blackjack is just too easy to win. I love the fact he left the jackpot unclaimed and the money was filtered through to charity's. Is machine learning algorithms then because that's all the guy did. Introduced factors like weight, age, weather into a computer based system?
Brilliant well done you never see a bookie get hammered but they still don't lose for the amount of gamblers but it's nice to see some body win huge
It doesn't work for everything, Bill tried to perfect a system for Baseball but was unable to do so. Remember he started with 16 variables & barely made money. In the end he had a 130 variables!
geez they cheated. In USA they're not suppose to let people connect their software to the betting platform. People would stop betting… I tried to do that, they refused , so then I tried to screen scrape the betting platform numbers but I could not get it to work.
