They dont give a bad about counting because some have no clue how to successfully count cards (like you). The biggest myth about counting cards is that you will walk into a casino with 200 dollars and walk out 3 hours later with 50k. Its a process that takes time and if done correctly in the long run you will be on top. Its not that hard to understand that it works. Its probability.

Believe it or not the casinos pay the dealers very little usually about minimum wage they rely on tips for most of their income. That`s why they want to see the players win. I know, I used to be a dealer.
