The way I see it, if we’re this far into the ATS, my place bets are already making me a good chunk of money. Why risk putting another $1k to hedge a sidebet? If the 9 hits, you just shorted yourself your big ATS win for trying to hedge. If the 7 rolls, you’ve already made money back to pay off the table/shooter, and then you can try ATS again. That’s just me though, I can see the logic in this though.
