Generally speaking U2 D2 does gather profits twice as fast as U1 D1 but the downside is that in a bad run it will raise your bets up high twice as quickly.
Here's an idea for you. UP 2, DOWN 2 just like in this vid BUT once bets are above a certain level like maybe $40 or $50 then switch your MM to UP 2 DOWN 3 (on a win). The effect would be similar to when you give up some profits to get back down to base bet sooner.
