However you do the math, it simply doesn't work in the worst case scenario:
You lose all your first bets, you reach the 100 mark, let's say you start winning at 110. If you are betting banker, you are actually winning 104.5, then you are lowering the bet to 105 and losing, from a win and a loss, you are actually down 0.5. From this point on, if you are betting banker and you have 3 wins and 3 loses, you are on the negative.
So…you will lose on chops, you will lose on two patterns, you will lose on three patterns, you will lose on anything except a dragon.
The strategy is only good at first since you are increasing the bets and you will recover fast.

Im not sure if you aware this or not but On Positive Progressive D'Alembert you gotta win 3 hands in a row to be Profitable in that particular sequence. You know win $5 , win $10 Lose -$15 then your at Zero. Or if win $5 then lose $10 You lost $5 for the sequence. If not you lose your base bet. But a base bet is ALL you lose on a losing sequence so thats safer to play and NOT so much lost at once. So we do have options which is good. :} Lastly I forgot to mention that Positive is opposite as in Normal D'Alembert play you wanna get to base bet where as positive playing it you wanna be as far from base bet as you can get.. WOW !! that is deep man.
