  1. This is only useful if you have basic strategy memorized. It's useless to know how to bet if you don't know whether or not to hit

  2. 2-6 = +1
    10-A = -1
Bet high when count is high (15-18)

Works better using basic strategy and doesn’t work if dealer shuffles shoe every hand or if dealer’s shoe has less than 5 decks.

Never seat on a table that pays 5-6, always 3-2

Table that allows surrender is better

  3. I work at a casino

NORMALLY, people use the HI-LO system, which is 2 through 6 is +1, 7, 8, 9, is zero, and 10, Jack, Queen, King, and Ace are -1

Hi-Lo is more common, but if you’re dedicated, you can personally mix it up to be opposite, you just need to remember that you flipped things around

  4. Its wrong and backwards. So you dont want an ace and you bet when the count is high but the count is high when all the big cards are out and you are left with 2-6
