Hey Colin (and anybody else that might be able to help) , I was just wondering if you thought that in 4-7 years if card counting would still be viable and work. Or if you think that by then they will have changed to csm at every table. I was just wondering because I am 14 and have been learning to count for 2-3 years and have it down at least 98% and by the time im aloud to go to a casino it will be able to be a 100% card counter. So if by then If they do have all csm shoes I dont want to be wasting 500+ hours to learn to do it.
Hey Colin! Wondering if it would be at all plausible to record/suggest a mini guide to navigating CVCX? One story I see to see over and over again on Blackjack forums is how overwhelming it can be to a new player.. If you have any recommendations I'm sure many players would benefit from it!
This method does not work. Usually they will collect t the cards at the end of the round keeping them face down. Useless. Just don't play at these kinds of tables.
At the casino I go to when I go to the big city, there is a double deck $25 game (Yes, I know the risk of ruin is high for my bankroll but oh well. Ha ha) and I found it much easier to count cards. I do it the way Colin lays it out here. . It is easier because there is some pause between each player's cards being turned over by the dealer.
I count shoe games and pitch games the same way.

Unrelated to this video. I just played two hours of bj in a virtual reality casino. It was awesome! No csm. They deal into a discard tray. You have people talking and distractions. It was the closest possible to playing in the casino. I HIGHLY recommend it.
