  4. @MrCouchpotato93 Splitting tens makes sense when the count is high (lots of 10s and aces remaining in the deck relative to other cards.) It's a very important part of playing single-deck games where blackjack pays 6:5, and can reverse most of the 6:5 disadvantages.
