when card counters come in and are hitting casinos-you'll notice the 10's and face cards are taken out of decks. They know the dealer has a higher chance to hit 17 or more safely. Who's at fault? The card shuffler. The ones casinos use today has a button on them or can be activated via bluetooth to take out face cards and 10s electronically into a hold pocket. When the button is pushed again-it puts those cards back into the shuffler. These units cost nearly 40,000 each.
It's so crazy the way that Casino's treat card counters. All you're doing is playing the game, by the rules that the Casino has set, using a winning strategy. If Casino's don't like it, then don't offer those games. If they offer those games, then people should be allowed to play it using whatever strategy they wish.
Also, making it that difficult for you to collect money, that they were legally required to give you, is just an incredibly petty thing to do.
