1. I really don't get why you show 10-9 in the beginning and then say you have 7-4 and the cards magically change. I notice this in all your videos. Is there any reason behind that?

3. “A double every single time” for 11 on dealer 10 is not totally accurate and is rule-dependent.
   Under American rules (i.e. Las Vegas) where the dealer checks whether the hole card is an ace before proceeding, it is right to double 11 vs 10.
   However, in many places outside US and some online operators (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, not including Playtech), the dealer does not check so it is still possible that the dealer has an ace as the hole card, which makes doubling more risky and just hit 11 vs 10.

   Bottom line: check playing rules on dealer peeking on BJ. 11 vs 10 is rule-dependent.
