As of June 2022, Jagex has revisited their opinions on third-party clients, including allowing clients to swap pickpocket as the left click option. This has made Blackjacking easier than ever, so I thought I would upload a video showing the easier way to do it.

small update: if you get caught and he says, i will kill you for that, you dont hve to lure, just continue to spam pickpocket and it nulls his attack because the game wont let you thieve him while hes conscious if your inv is full. it works every time
If you're having trouble you should really try to learn the rhythm. Knock out, pickpocket immediately right after the 10xp drop hits, then pickpocket again immediately after the main XP drop from the first pickpocket hits. Right click and then wait to left click knock out until after the 2nd xp drop hits. It works way better than spamming. Also, try a European world. The US worlds have really inconsistent tick rates during peak hours. You can see how consistent the tick rate is for a world with the "Tick Tracker" plugin on the runelite plugin hub.
I found a way to stop the Menaphite bandits from attacking you INSTANTLY without the "pickpocket/lure" method. If you can reply to my comment and I show you. I'm no YouTube creator but I REALLY want this method out there as this literally prevents aggro INSTANTLY.
