  1. I don't want to fight Louisiana on this matter. I would hate to see Louisiana go down the Atlantic City route,

    where you can't get in many hours, and you need a min to max top bet of $1,200 or more to generate $200 an hour worth of EV.

  2. In California a casino is just like any other business and can refuse service to anybody as long as it’s not based on , color, religion, gender, etc.

  3. Just like you do teams to count cards you'll need a team to sue over it to make it a big enough deal for them to stop.

I'm not the most educated on this subject and tend to take things exactly at face value, if the law says you "can't be excluded from the establishment" I think a good lawyer could argue that you can still be banned from playing a certain game (blackjack) without being thrown out of the casino itself.

  5. I wonder why nobody sue them for that I think you could be a bady card counter try and back you off I think that's a great lawsuit especially if you won big in other casinos I couldn't see why you couldn't get a good lawyer to sue for you 😂😂😂
