  2. I do something similar. However, I work on the Come Out and go for 2 hits or 3 rolls, whichever comes first. I go on the DP after a point has been hit. Works well.

  3. Larry, when you go to the don't, why not just pass, or as the dealers say "no action" on the 6 and 8 since they have more of a chance to hit. And then wait for an outside number for the DC.
