  1. There is no "can't lose" in craps. Every bet on the table favors the house. If this was not true, gamblers would become winners and shut the casino down. That is not happening. But it's also the math–payouts are disproportionate to odds.

Yes, there are better and worse bets, but zero that actually favor the player.

If your goal is to stretch out your play to lose more slowly, then strategies around betting might help.

One thing–besides math–that gamblers struggle with is variation. Because of the randomness of the game, it is possible to go on winning streaks. It is also possible (and more likely) to go on losing streaks. But there is no such thing as a "hot" or "cold" table or streak, except in retrospect.

Some people say to quit when you're ahead. That's fine, but it's wrong-headed. First, you will be behind more frequently than you will be ahead; sometimes, there's no getting ahead. Second, because each roll (or hand or spin or whatever) is a random event with the odds against you, you're subject to losing the very next time you play. You can't "beat the odds."

So, go. Have fun. But don't kid yourself with tips about winning. They're really tips–good or bad–about losing more slowly.

  2. Wouldn’t this be better if you put a pass and don’t pass line before a point is established then just take your pass line bet down when the point has been established

  3. All you have to do it is beat that come out roll and then make sure they hit 6 and 8 and you'll make some money but it's a slow grind lol. Idk just sounds funny but I'll give it a shot
