27:20 you say "… remember when you are setting the dice, you want to perform the entire move in 8 seconds …" I like that idea. With time everyone gets better and better. I can easily set the dice in 1 second – practice helps, but knowing that each dice face and the number on the back face always equals "Seven" helps the most. For example: You are looking to set the dice 5-6 5-6, with 5 on top and 6 on front; I would put the 3's on both dice to the Left, then with only two fingers on top of the dice, rotate at the same time, in either direction or both directions, in only one move – to put the 5's on top. This automatically set the 6's on front.
When I am the shooter, I watch as the stickman moves the dice to me and memory check to automatically turn and set the dice as soon as I get them and Throw them within 2 seconds. If I see a 3 or 4 on the tops or front, I just turn them to left or right; then I only have the 5's to put on the tops. 1 second or less, tops. I only got noticed this one time by a stickman – he said: "Are you a Craps Boxman?" Without any hesitation I instantly replied back; "Not at this Casino." He gave me the slow nod.
