1. Not working on the come out is a wasted roll in my opinion IF you are playing at a casino with the ATS.
   The dice don’t know it is a come out roll. If no ATS then it is OK because people try to roll come out 7’s. I am a fan of regression instead of pressing. It’s called “capital preservation.”
