I'm surprised you didn't know about the 8/5 BP progs at Golden Gate and the D. Been there a long time. They're available at the 2nd floor VUE bar at the D. Interconnected with Golden Gate. Usually a positive play. I've seen the SF prog climb over $500 ($62.50 reset).
