  1. The Number means its a comparative estimate on how big or small a feature is right?
     . But my question is what do we use these numbers for 1. Prioritize work 2. or estimation of project.

  2. I've watched a bunch of scrum and agile videos, and I can't believe I never heard of this! It seems like the perfect way to get a team that hates estimating to do it effectively. 'voting' with cards is a good way for everyone to get their input in without interrupting or talking for several minutes. Thank you for this video!
