I like PLO but it is a very tough game to consistently make money. Tried Omaha Hi-Lo a couple of times and it was just too wild. I do my best at 2/5 NLH. I won't get rich playing it but I understand the math and I can usually grab a few dollars.
Short deck is pretty mad , never new that game existed until last week. More of a gamblers structure I think though. I don't see this game anywhere online. Unless anyone knows different?
I like NLH and PLO but I particularly enjoy playing PLO8 and I think I do pretty well on a consistent basis
Fantastic advice. I’m personally a No Limit Hold ‘Em player. I should really take the time to learn other variations of the game.
Play 3/6 limit at the golden nugget as they have bonuses for high hands. That, I enjoy.😂
I prefer 2/100 spread limit. I win consistently but it's a slow game. I still manage to make some good profits consistently so I'll still play as I enjoy it, and am a regular and I get some fairly good respect as I'm a TAG player so bluffing works in my favor. I think the level of respect you get at a certain game will dictate your winnings or losses as well to be honest.
I have the most fun playing PLO, but am more profitable in NLH.
