New subscriber thanks for the vlogs
We have a large Vietnamese contingent that plays in my regular room and occasionally speak Vietnamese to each other – our floor doesn’t put up with it at all. Even our Vietnamese dealers are tough on it. I’m pretty certain that like others have said – if you approached the floor away from the table, they’d be firm – if they’re worth their salt. I would have done exactly the same thing you did.
Once had a Spanish fella and his friend at the table. Both talking Spanish and his friend sat behind him and I. I swore I saw him check my cards out and then talk Spanish. I called the floor and he left.
Wasn’t too gaooy
Any time information is being shared at the table whether it be spoken or signaled or electronic in nature, it is still a violation. That’s why the rules are there. But having said that I hate to be out in position where I’m the poker cop! If the dealer and the floor won’t act then move I guess. No need to get wrapped around the axle. MUG too far away bro but love your context and cheers from LA!

I watched your interview video. You are the one tell the truth feeling of poker vs other people try to avoid it. Poker is a crazy game. We win some and lose some, the variance keep us coming back. With technology all that, poker is harder. I don't know how people still can make a living by playing poker. For those single people without family and kids, maybe. But with kids and family, poker is not a choice. Unless you win a big tournament, which is hard to do. Downswing sometime can last months, you do everything correct but just can't win. You play low stack games, rake kill you. You play bigger stack game, you have to deal with big variance. Just frustrating. I am alike you, big lose can ruin my desire to play. Still good luck for everything you do.
